These Terms are written in Bengali and apply specifically to users in Bangladesh. If any translated version conflicts with the original Bengali version, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

To create an account on the 399t platform, the following conditions must be met:

• Each person may operate only one account.

399t only accepts transactions through recognized mobile banking and banking methods in Bangladesh. Approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, 399t may request additional documents for verification.

399t offers a welcome bonus for new users. The bonus terms are detailed below:

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus).
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.
• Another example: depositing ৳32,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, for a total of ৳47,000.
• The bonus is applicable only once and is given on the first deposit only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be withdrawn after wagering requirements are met.
• The bonus has a set usage period — if wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus may be cancelled.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonus benefits from multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.

399t reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of promotional offers. Any changes will be published on this page.

The 399t VIP program has four tiers. Each tier offers weekly cashback and special benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Tiers are determined based on the user's regular activity, and it is possible to advance to higher tiers. In any dispute or ambiguity regarding VIP benefits, 399t's decision shall be considered final.

Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds or winnings:

• Operating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Opening an account using a false or another person's identity.
• Placing artificial bets with the intent to exploit the bonus system ("bonus abuse").
• Using hacking, software manipulation, or any automated tools.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.
• Fraudulent cooperation with other users ("collusion").
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.

If an account is closed, an opportunity to withdraw any verified legitimate balance may be provided — however, this depends on the circumstances and applies only in undisputed cases.
